REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR: DEVELOPMENT OF CITYWIDE OPEN ACCESS FIBER TO THE PREMISES
Notice is hereby given that sealed responses will be received by the City Clerk’s Office, City of Natchez until the date and time cited below. Responses received by the correct date and time will be opened publicly and read aloud by the City Clerk (or designated representative) and thereafter taken under advisement until the next meeting of the Natchez Mayor and Board of Alderman.
This RFI contains preliminary information to serve as a means of gathering information from the ISP industry and should not be construed as a Solicitation for applications or as an obligation on the part of the City of Natchez (CITY).
Acknowledgment of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of the CITY’s assessment of the information received. However, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against the CITY shall arise as a result of a response to this RFI or the CITY’s use of such information as either part of its evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement. Any proprietary information should be marked as such.
