Check all sewer drains; auger or jet as needed for proper flow.
Check all exterior faucets for proper seal when turned off.
Make certain proper water cut off valve is installed on back side of meter. 
INTERIOR 
WATER HEATER in Attic

PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW ELECTRIC 30 GALLON LOW BOY HIGH EFFICIENT HOTWATER TANK IN ATTIC. Upgrade pan and drains to meet code requirements 
KITCHEN

LCG to provide, vendor install a new stainless-steel sink.
LCG to provide; vendor to install new faucet. Vendor to supply and install drain assembly, supply lines, and cutoff valves on the stainless-steel sink.
Provide and install ice maker water supply box behind refrigerator. 
HALL BATH / 2ND BATH

LCG Provide and vendor to install new fiberglass handicap shower unit with seat.
Vendor to supply and install anti-scald single handle faucet, new p-trap and drain assembly.
Vendor to install LCG provided new faucet assembly. Vendor to provide and install new p-trap drain assembly/supply valves/supply lines.
 Re-install existing toilet. Vendor to provide and install new water valve, mounting flange and wax seal and supply line. 
A/C UNIT:

Make certain drain line at a/c is draining properly and is correct size and in correct location.
