Objective: The Pointe Coupee Parish School District’s Objective is for vendors to propose a bundled Chromebook solution that includes a minimum of 300 Chromebooks, Management Console Licenses, Carts, and Warranty. Vendors are also asked to provide separate pricing for optional services, such as device enrollment and asset tagging. Should a vendor propose a solution that does not meet the specifications listed in the RFP, the vendor must provide sufficient documentation that the District’s objective will be met with their solution.
