Work to Be Done: Work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
 
Under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quality (ID/IQ) Contract with a two (2) year term, and extended by mutual consent for an additional one (1) year; concrete pavement, sidewalk improvements, and ancillary work elements are anticipated to be implemented throughout the city limits and other properties under the City’s jurisdiction and control on a Task Order basis.  Task Orders are anticipated to be issued in the range of $15,000 to $500,000; however, issuance of a Task Order is not guaranteed under the ID/IQ Contract.
