Bidders have the option to submit bids electronically.  To submit a bid electronically, bidders must register at Central Bidding by visiting https://www.centralbidding.com. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:30 A.M., October 18, 2019, at Riverland Medical Center, Administrative Conference Room, 1700 E.E. Wallace Blvd., Ferriday, Louisiana 71334.  Riverland reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause or as otherwise prescribed by applicable law.
 
Absent a rejection of all bids, Riverland will award the contract for the Equipment to the lowest responsive responsible bidder.
