The work consist of asphalt and concrete paving, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and footing, setting and leveling toilet building, timber decking with handicap ramp and stairs, thermoplastic striping, grading, drainage, installing a duplex grinder lift station with force main, installing all utilities for the building and lift station, gazebo, and landscaping.
