The East Feliciana Parish School Board Bid Opening Committee will receive sealed bids until one-thirty P.M. (1:30 P.M.) CDT, Thursday, January 31, 2013, thereafter to open all sealed bids received at the East Feliciana Parish School Board (Central Office Board Room) located at 12732 Silliman Street, Clinton, Louisiana on the following items:

a) Meats (frozen/processed)
b) Baker Items
c) Vegetables (can/frozen)
d) Fruit (canned)
e) Cereal Products
f) Condiments and Spices


Bids submitted for Meats, Baker Items, Canned Fruits & Vegetables, Cereal Products, Condiments and Spices shall be considered for the 2012-2013 school year with the term ending on June 30, 2013. Bids must be either hand delivered to East Feliciana Parish School Board at 12732 Silliman Street, Clinton, Louisiana, mailed to East Feliciana Parish School Board, Post Office Box 397, Clinton, Louisiana 70722 or submitted electronically online at www.centralbidding.com. Sealed bids must be marked "Sealed Bid due 1:30 P.M.. Thursday, December 13, 2012." on the envelope. The Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all non-responsive bids.
