The work shall generally consist of the construction of nearly 6 miles of drainage improvements within various sections of the City of Crowley.  Such drainage improvements include approximately 4 miles of storm drain pipes (primarily concrete), approximately 2 miles of open ditch improvements, and supplemental improvements such as, but not limited to, removal and replacement of driveways/roadways/sidewalks, construction of concrete catch basins, construction of sewer conflict boxes, and construction of erosion control protection (riprap).  The project also consists of the removal of the N. Avenue G bridge and the replacement of same with a twin barrel reinforced concrete box culvert.
