Hancock County School District is seeking proposals for an on-premise Voice over IP (VoIP) phone system until June 1st, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time.

A request for proposal (RFP) packet may be obtained from the Hancock County School District Office located at 17304 HWY 603 Kiln, MS 39556 or by calling 228-255-0376.

Proposals can be mailed via FedEx or UPS, or hand-delivered to the Hancock County School District Office located at 17304 HWY 603 Kiln, MS 39556 and received before 10:00 a.m. on June 1st, 2020. Proposals must be advertised and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope, "VoIP RFP". Failure to comply will cause the bid to be disqualified.
