REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 20-006
 
Sealed proposals will be received until 4:30 P.M. CST on Wednesday July 24, 2019, at Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority, located at 3616 South I-10 Service Rd W., Suite 200, Metairie, LA 70001 and publicly opened upon completion of administrative tasks for the following:
 
Provision of an Electronic Health System (EHS), including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).  A general Request for Proposal document may be obtained between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. CST, from Wednesday, May 22, 2019, until Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 3616 S. I-10 Service Road W., Metairie, LA. A mandatory proposer conference is scheduled on Thursday May 30, 2019 at 1:00 pm. All proposals must be in accordance with the contract documents on file with the Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority Fiscal Services Office, 3616 S. I-10 Service Road W., Suite 200, Metairie, LA 70001. All bidders must show the Request for Proposals Number on the outside of their proposal’s envelope and on the proposal.  Late proposals will not be accepted.
 
JPHSA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, and waive informalities, pursuant to the law. This is an all or none bid.
