Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Natchez for the Design, Renovation & Lease of the Northern End of the Yazoo & MS Valley Railroad Depot in the Office of the City Clerk, 124 South Pearl Street, Natchez, MS, 39120, until 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 4, 2024, with proposals publicly opened, read aloud, and thereafter taken under advisement until the next meeting of the Natchez Mayor and Board of Aldermen.
            The City of Natchez is interested in leasing the northern end of the property located at 200 North Broadway, Natchez, Mississippi.  It is the City’s intention for the Lessee(s) to add value to this property, complement the surrounding neighborhood and add jobs and opportunities.  The lease shall be conditioned upon the offer, use of the property, proposed improvements, timetable for making improvements, the number of job opportunities created and the proposer’s business and financial plans.
