ADVERTISEMENT FOR RE-BIDS
Sealed re-bids from contractors will be received by Kaneilia Williams, the City Clerk of Yazoo City, Mississippi, located at 128 East Jefferson Street, Yazoo City, MS 39194, until 1:00 p.m. on MAY 23, 2019, for complete construction of:

And re-bids publicly opened and read at the City of Yazoo Board Meeting on May 23, 2019, beginning at 2:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held at City Hall, 128 East Jefferson Street, Yazoo City, MS 39194.  Contract Documents prepared by J. Scott Williams Architect, PLLC, 176 River Park Drive, Jackson, MS 39202, (601)209-7334, can be obtained at Jackson Blueprint Online Plan Room, [email protected].  Plan holders are required to register and order re-bid documents from the Jackson Blueprint Online Plan Room website http://planroom.jaxblue.com.  There is no charge for registration or to view re-bid documents online.  All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. A printed re-bid set is $20.00 non-refundable plus $15.00 shipping and applicable sales tax and an electronic downloadable set is $20.00 non-refundable plus applicable sales tax.  For questions regarding website registration and online orders please contact Jackson Blueprint & Supply at (601) 353-5803.  A copy of the of the construction document (plans & specifications) for the construction being sought has been filed and available for inspection in the Office of the City Clerk.
Re-Bid preparation for all re-bids will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the project manual.  The owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and/or all re-bids.
