ADAPT - Ascension Drainage Assistance Program Team
 
 
Request for Qualifications will be received by the Ascension Parish Government at the Ascension Parish Government Purchasing Office, 615 East Worthey Street, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737 (mailing address PO Box 2392, Gonzales, La 70707-2392), until April 07, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. local time for the following:
 
 
The East Ascension Consolidated Gravity Drainage District #1 (EACGDD #1) / Ascension Parish Government is soliciting qualification statements seeking for a project that will involve design services to support the East Ascension Consolidated Gravity Drainage District #1 (EACGDD #1) with design engineering, bid packages, specifications, permits, required applications, submittal reviews, approvals, as built drawings and close out documents.  The East Ascension Consolidated Gravity Drainage District #1 (EACGDD #1) hereby Requests Qualifications from experienced and qualified Firms to provide the needed services.  Businesses and Firms who are a Louisiana or Foreign LLC or Corporation should be appropriately registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State, as contemplated by Title 12 of the Louisiana Revised Statures.
 
Businesses and Firms who are interested in providing services requested under this RFQ must submit one (1) signed unbounded original and seven (7) bound copies of qualifications by the date and time specified.  The information shall be received in hard copy (printed) version.  Failure to submit the required number of copies may result in a finding of non-conformance.  Originals should be clearly marked.
 
Specifications/Proposal documents may be obtained at the Ascension Parish Government, Purchasing Office, 615 East Worthey Street, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737.  Electronic Request for Qualifications are accepted at Central Bidding, http://www.centralauctionhouse.com.  For questions related to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.  All addenda, corrections, and responses to this public notice shall be posted to http://www.centralauctionhouse.com.
 
All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to the Purchasing Department via [email protected] by 4:00 PM on March 21, 2022. Responses will be coordinated with the RFP Coordinator and posted on the http://www.centralauctionshouse.com by 4:00 PM on March 24, 2022.
 
 
The Ascension Parish Government shall not be responsible if the bidder cannot complete and submit an RFQ due to failure or incomplete delivery of the files submitted via the internet.
                                                                                                                        
              
 The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any Bid, response to Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana.
