Bid for Installation of Bard Units
The Morehouse Parish School Board is now receiving bids for the installation of Bard Units.  The description of the location and specification are listed below:
                45 - BARD PACKAGED AC W36G4-AXA WALL MOUNT GAS/ELECTRIC
                45 - BARD TSTATS 8403-089
 
Bids will be accepted beginning February 17, 2022 through March 11, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. for the following project.
1.  Install 27 Bard Units at Morehouse Elementary -
     1001 West Madison,  Bastrop, LA  71220.
 
2.  Install 18 Bard Units at Morehouse Student Services Center –
     1605 Martin Luther King South, Bastrop, LA  71220.
 
3.  2 mini-splits to be installed in the restrooms at Morehouse Elementary
4.  Installation shall include the following:
Electrical Service to each bard unit
Gas service to each bard unit
Materials and supplies needed to establish electrical and gas service 
Instructions for all bids Bid specifications and bid forms are available at the office of the Superintendent at the Morehouse Parish School Board located at 4099 Naff Avenue, Bastrop, Louisiana or online at www.centralbidding.com/rfp.php?cid=10075 .  The only bids that will be accepted must be contained on a bid form that will be provided by that office or online at the specified web address.  For questions related to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 1-225-810-4814.   All inquiries should be directed to the Superintendent, Morehouse Parish School Board, P.O. Bids must be delivered to the Morehouse Parish School Board no later than 10:00 am, March 11, 2022.  Sealed bids that are hand delivered or sent by certified mail must be in an envelope clearly marked: “Bard Unit Installation”.  Hand-delivered sealed bids should be brought to the 4099 Naff Avenue address and bids sent by certified mail should be sent to the P.O. Box 872, Bastrop, LA  71220-0872
 
THE MOREHOUSE PARISH SCHOOL BOARD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY BID FOR INSTALLATION OR TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST BID THAT MEETS SPECIFICATIONS.
