PROPOSALS from experienced disaster management and emergency response companies for Debris Removal and Site Management for Debris Reduction, Emergency Roadway Debris Clearance and Waterway Debris Removal will be received at the Allen Parish Police Jury, 602 Court Street, Oberlin, LA 70655 until 4:00 P.M., February 9th, 2024.

Complete RFP documents with all instructions for this project are available in electronic form only.  They may be obtained without charge and without deposit from the Allen Parish Engineer, Jacob Dillehay, P.E. at [email protected]. RFP holders shall obtain a copy from the Parish Engineer to ensure that they are placed on the RFP holders list and to ensure receipt of all Addenda.
