Request for Proposals Landfill Gas Utilization Project- Renewable Natural Gas to Pipeline Facilities
 
 
Notice is hereby given that the Three Rivers Solid Waste Management Authority is seeking proposals from a qualified, experienced firm or partnership to design, engineer, procure, construct, install and/ or operate equipment, structures, and a pipeline to upgrade and transport biogas generated from the Three Rivers Regional Landfill in Pontotoc, MS to renewable natural gas. The renewable natural gas facility along with the pipeline will transport and deliver the renewable natural gas to a receiving point on the City of Pontotoc, Mississippi’s natural gas system. The Board reserves the right to reject all proposals +-and to waive informalities. Potential Proposers may request official RFP documents from Doug Wiggins at [email protected] or 662-488-6981. A pre-proposal meeting and site visit is planned for January 11, 2024. The Proposer shall submit an original and five (5) copies of its proposal in sealed envelopes marked “Proposal to Provide Design, Construction, and Operations for Renewable Natural Gas Plant at the Three Rivers Regional Landfill” Sealed proposals for the RFP must be received on of before 10:00 A.M. CST January 26th, 2024, by:
