The City of Natchez will receive sealed bids for the North Bluff Utility Work in the Office of the City Clerk, 124 South Pearl Street, Natchez, MS 39120, until 10:00 A.M CST on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, with bids then publicly opened, read aloud, and thereafter taken under advisement until the next meeting of the Natchez Mayor and Board of Alderman.
The funding for the North Bluff Utility Work is from a 2022 Capital Improvements General Obligation Bond Issue. No state and/or federal funds will be used for this renovation project.

Work will consist of the installation of up to six (6) electric pedestals (20/30/50 amp), five (5) electric panels (100/200/400 amp) along with one (1) electric vehicle (EV) charging station to allow for the City to provide needed electrical infrastructure to host multiple events on the north end of the Natchez Bluffs.
 

Additional Notes/Requirements

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday, July 13, 2023, local time on site at the historic Natchez Bluffs, across from Smoot’s Grocery, 319 North Broadway, MS 39120.
