NOTICE TO BIDDERS



The East Feliciana Parish School Board Bid Opening Committee will receive sealed bids until one-thirty p.m. (l:30 P.M.), Thursday, July 2, 2009, thereafter to open all sealed bids received at the meeting time on the following items:



a. Meats (frozen & processed), Bakery Items, Fruits (canned & frozen), Vegetables (canned & frozen), Cereal products, Condiments and Spices

b. Cleaning Supplies

c. Milk & Milk Products

d. Bread & Bread Products

e. Pest Control



The above bids shall be considered from July 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009 for Item a. Items b-e will be considered for July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. Further information may be obtained at the East Feliciana Parish School Board Office, located at 12732 Silliman Street, Post Office Box 397, Clinton, Louisiana during regular office hours of 7:00 A.M. until 4:15 P.M Tuesday through Friday. The Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all non-responsive bids. Faxed copies of Bid Proposals will not be accepted. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed to the above address and identified by marking on envelope:
