The Natchez-Adams School District will accept sealed bids and/or electronic bid submissions until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, March 31, 2025 at the Administrative Office building of the Natchez-Adams School District, Purchasing Department, 10 Homochitto Street, Natchez, MS 39120.  The bids will be publicly opened and/or read aloud and taken under advisement at 4:00 p.m. on the same day, March 31, 2025 for the following item(s):
“EDUCATIONAL APPLE BRAND PRODUCTS”

All submissions must be sealed and plainly addressed to the Board of Trustees and clearly marked “Educational Apple Product Bid” on the front by the due date and time.  Bids received after the specified date and time are considered late and will not be opened.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
All proposals shall be effective for two years:  2025-2026 and 2026-2027.
