Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received at Itawamba Community College (ICC) until 2:00 p.m., April 12, 2024 at which time proposals will be opened publicly in the business office, Administration Building, Fulton Campus. Physical proposals can be submitted at the Fulton Campus Business Office while electronic proposals may be submitted through Central Bidding (www.centralauctionhouse.com). Proposals will be evaluated by a committee. Anticipated date of selection is May 8, 2024. ICC reserves the right to alter the dates of selection and award as needed.

1) Explain how your solution facilitates onboarding for new students, including career planning Need clarity on requirements and expectations in regards to career planning 2) Students should be guided through a series of questions about their skills and interests. This information should then be used to facilitate a match to relevant pathways, with connections to potential colleges and universities offering related programs. Need clarity on this 3) Describe any tools your solution provides to support students with college budget planning and connecting with campus financial support services. Any integration expected if otherwise, need clarity 4) Provide an application portal for students to check the status of their applications and outstanding requirements. Can you please elaborate on outstanding requirements 5) Student search capabilities with the option to combine system-generated data with Canvas (LMS) and Banner (SIS) data. What actions can be performed from a student search? Need clarity on the list of actions to be performed with use cases. 6) What will be the number of staff users & Student count 7) What are the list of systems that need to be integrated 8) If outside of USA references will be considered 9) Any clause that states if vendor has to deliver services from USA 10) What are the additional features if any, that the College expects the vendor to deliver apart from mentioned in the RFP doc or good to have? 11) What is the tentative go live date for the project?
