REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS FOR BOAT, MOTOR AND TRAILER
The Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office (APSO) will be accepting sealed bids until 10:00 A.M., Friday, December 18, 2020 at the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Main Office, 112 Franklin Street, Napoleonville, LA 70390 or by mail at P.O. Box 69, Napoleonville, LA 70390.  The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following:

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked “Sealed Bid for Boat, Motor and Trailer.”  Bids may be hand delivered or mailed but must be received in time for bid opening.  Vendors have the option of submitting bids electronically.  Official bid documents can be downloaded at WWW.CENTRALBIDDING.COM.  Electronic bids may be submitted at WWW.CENTRALBIDDING.COM.  For questions regarding the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.
Bids will be opened and read aloud at the APSO’s Main Office located at 112 Franklin Street, Napoleonville, LA 70390 at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, December 18, 2020.  APSO is not responsible for any delays in delivery or expenses for the development or delivery of quotes.  Any quote received after this deadline will not be accepted and returned unopened.
 
In accordance with LA. R.S. 38:2212(C)(2),  the specifications herein of a certain brand, make, manufacturer, or definite specification is utilized only to denote the quality standard of product desired and does not restrict bidders to the specific brand, make, manufacturer, or specification named; they are used only to set forth and convey to prospective bidders the general style, type, character, and quality of product desired; and equivalent products will be acceptable.  The APSO reserves the right to reject any bids for just cause.  For questions, contact Lonnie Cavalier at 985-369-7281 or [email protected].
