Notice to Bidders
The Neshoba County School District will receive Competitive Sealed Proposals for
Educational Assessments by mail, by hand delivery, or electronically until 2:00 pm, on
April 19, 2022. All written responses shall be placed with two signed hard copies of
Proposals, enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal for Assessments,” and
submitted to Neshoba County School District, Office of the Superintendent of Education,
580 East Main Street, Philadelphia, MS 39350. Electronic proposals can be submitted
at www.centralbidding.com. For any questions regarding the electronic bidding process,
please contact Central Bidding at 225-810-4814 or [email protected].
Official Requests for Proposals can be downloaded at www.neshobacentral.com or
downloaded at www.centralbidding.com. It shall be incumbent upon each bidder to
understand the specifications and requirements. Questions, interpretations,
clarifications, or communication regarding RFP Educational Assessments must be
submitted to Deirdre Manning at [email protected] by April 6.
Responses to questions and requests for clarification shall be the responsibility of
Deirdre Manning, NCSD Director of Federal Programs. Contact made with any other
Neshoba County School District personnel may be considered grounds for
disqualification.
It is not the intent of the specifications to limit the bidding to any particular provider of
services, but rather to select services to fill specific needs. Any reference to
name-brand materials or services is intended to establish standards only and proposals
submitted on materials, or services thereto shall be considered. The owner reserves
the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities.
