The East Feliciana Parish School Board is accepting sealed bids until 1:30 P.M., Thursday, January 15, 2015, in connection with technology items and services related to e-rate utilized in East Feliciana Parish School Board owned schools/facilities.
 
Prospective Bidders may now find bid related materials

find bid related materials and submit electronic bids online at www.centralauctionhouse.com
 
All prospective vendors must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 14, 2014, beginning at 2:00 PM, at the East Feliciana School Board office located at 12732 Silliman Street Clinton Louisiana 70722.  Proposals from vendors who do not attend WILL NOT be considered

During regular office hours of 8:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday.  The East Feliciana Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.  Sealed bids should indicate whether any and/or all items bid are on State Contract Pricing ( by indication of State Contract number on each item), be delivered to the above address and identified by marking on envelope “E-Rate Sealed,” due 1:30 P.M., Thursday, January 15, 2015.
