Sealed bids will be received by the City of New Iberia at any time or day prior to, but not later than 2:00 PM CST on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 for the above listed infrastructure and related installation. Bids may be mailed to the City of New Iberia, Attn. City Clerk or delivered to the Mayor’s Office, 457 East Main St., Suite 300, New Iberia, LA 70560, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM on any working day prior to the bid opening or delivered at the time of the bid opening as listed below. All bids, with a properly executed envelope, will be opened and read at 2:00 PM CST on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 in the City of New Iberia Council Chambers at New Iberia City Hall located at 457 E. Main St. (3rd floor). Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud to all in attendance. Official Bid Documents are available at Central Bidding. Electronic Bids are accepted at Central Bidding. Once the NOTICE TO PROCEED is issued, the project must be COMPLETED by June 15, 2025. Rain delay days will not be accepted. All work must be completed by that date.
