Please be advised that sealed bids will be received by the Marshall County Board of Supervisors of Marshall County, Mississippi, in the office of the County Administrator/Road Manager-Mario Jeffries, Courthouse, Post Office Box 219, Holly Springs, Mississippi 38635, (662) 252-7903, or bids may be submitted electronically at www.centralbidding.com until 10:00 A.M. Monday August 7th, 2023 for the duties of cleaning:

Additional Notes/Requirements

There will be an open review of each site starting at Industrial Development Authority Office 520 J M Ash Drive, Holly Springs, MS 38635 at 9:00 a.m. July 21st, 2023 for perspective bidders to review the sites. CLEANING SPECIFICATIONS Two Days Each Week Cleaning must commence after 5:00 p.m. (Monday and Thursday): and conclude prior to 8:00 a.m. OFFICE AREAS To be completed twice a week: Dust all office furniture, shelves, and fixtures. Vacuum all carpeted areas. Empty all wastebaskets and change liners as necessary. Spot clean walls, doors and light switches. Maintenance of all hard surface floors to be kept in a presentable condition at all times. Clean reception area windows. Clean desktops. Wash desktops when cleared. Clean telephones. To be completed once a week: Dust window sills and tops of door frames. To be completed once per month: Vacuum edges of carpeting around baseboards, furniture and cabinets. Dust baseboards. RESTROOMS To be completed twice a week: Empty wastebaskets and change liners as necessary. Clean mirrors. Spot clean cubicle dividers and doors. Disinfect and clean toilets and surrounding area. Disinfect sinks and counters. Sweep and wet mop floors. Maintain supply of paper products and soap. Polish all chrome and stainless steel surfaces. Maintain floors as needed. LOBBY AREAS/INTAKE/HOLDING To be completed twice a week: Vacuum carpet and runners. Spot clean glass doors. Spot clean entrance door frames. Dust fixtures, door frames and windows. Sweep and wet mop floor. To be completed every other month: Scrub tile floor with buffer BREAK AREAS AND KITCHENS To be completed twice a week: Sweep and Damp mop floor Empty all wastebaskets and change liners as necessary. Clean and wipe counters, tables and chairs. Monitor, clean microwaves, ovens. Re-stock paper towels and soap dispensers. ** NOTE all chemicals and paper cleaning supplies will be supplied by bidder. *** Note all consumables, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags will be furnished by Marshall County.
