Sealed proposals to operate the concession stand for events at the Pointe Coupee Parish Multi-Use Facility from January 1, 2012 thru January 1, 2014 will be received by the Pointe Coupee Parish Police Jury at 160 East Main Street, Courthouse Annex Building, New Roads, Louisiana until 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 21, 2011 and then publicly opened and read at 4:30 p.m. at the Pointe Coupee Parish Multi-Use Facility located at 1400 Major Parkway, New Roads, Louisiana.
