The City of Picayune, Mississippi has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) and is seeking Proposals from qualified Agents for Real Property Insurance Coverage.
 
The complete Request for Proposal Instructions may be obtained from the office of the City Clerk located at 203 Goodyear Blvd, Picayune, MS  39466. Four (4) copies should be delivered to the office of the City Clerk, at 203 Goodyear Blvd, Picayune, Mississippi 39466 not later than 2 p.m. on November 9, 2020.  The outside of the package should be marked “PROPOSAL FOR INSURANCE”. Official proposal documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.   Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.  For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.  Faxed copies will not be considered.
 
A selection committee will evaluate the RFPs based on the criteria outlined in the RFP Instructions.
