ADVERTISEMENT - REQUEST FOR BID
 
Sealed BIDS will be received by the Mississippi Coast Coliseum COMMISSION’S Executive Director Matt McDonnell at 2350 Beach Biloxi, MS, 39531, until 3:00p.m, on May 24th, 2019 for:
 
NEW POLYURETHANE FOAM ROOF WITH NEOGARD PERMATHANE ALIPHATIC RECOAT ON MS COAST COLISEUM DOME ROOF
 
At such time stated above, said Bids will be opened, read out loud, and recorded. On the outside of the sealed Bid envelope, the Contractor’s Certificate of Responsibility number must be displayed. Any Bids received after said date and time shall be returned to the Bidder unopened.
 
The selected company shall provide a new Coliseum roof recoat that meet specific requirements, repair damaged areas, apply spray foam, and recoat with Neogard product related to the scope of work described.
 
MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING
A MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting is scheduled for 10:00AM – May 8th, 2019 at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum located at 2350 Beach Boulevard, Biloxi, MS. 39531. Proposers submitting a BID are required to attend.  BIDDER’S that do not attend will be considered non-responsive and their BIDS will be rejected. 
 
Information packets (Bidding Documents) will be located at 2350 Beach Boulevard, Biloxi MS, 39531, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Proposers must submit the name of the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) on the BID form as the person within the company who shall be the Owner’s contact and party primarily responsible for rendering services, if selected.
