St. Charles Parish Public Schools (“SCPPS”) is seeking qualifications from brokers to assist SCPSS with electronic inventory. Qualifications are to be submitted electronically. Herein, the words “respondent(s)”, “vendor(s)”, “firm(s)”, or “proposer(s)” are used interchangeably, and refer to the entity who is submitting such a proposal.
Interested firms are invited to submit proposals to SCPPB electronically via the Central Auction House website located at the “Online Bids & RFPs” link under the Resources tab at the SCPPS website https://www.stcharles.k12.la.us/. Questions should be submitted electronically via the online site no later than Monday, August 5, 2024 at 12pm Central Standard Time. Firms are responsible for checking the website above periodically for any updates or revisions to the RFQ.
All proposals will be accepted until 12pm Central Standard Time on Monday, August 12th. All Qualifications received will be taken under advisement as submitted by the assigned date and time at SCPPS. All requirements must be addressed in your proposal. Non-responsive proposals will not be considered. Failure to follow these instructions could result in disqualification of the qualification. SCPPS reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

Will virtual imaging require internal & external imaging? If external imaging is required, should it contain full property: playground, parking, etc? Does virtual imaging require interactive walkthrough imaging, or is drone imaging considered virtual? Or shall it be an interactive 3D platform? Per the RFQ, PDF floor plans are required. Shall PDF site plans be required? Completion date shall be between 9/1/2024 – 11/1/2024. Can internal imaging include students in the imagery? The occupants may block things that need to be seen. If not, should work be performed after hours and should we include pricing for that scope? Will buildings be unlocked after hours?

Shall PDF site plans be required? PDF floor plans will be provided by OWNER/THE DISTRICT for the awarded service contractor to upload/include with their other deliverables. Completion date shall be between 9/1/2024 – 11/1/2024. Can internal imaging include students in the imagery? The occupants may block things that need to be seen. Internal imaging must be completed during non-school hours (ie. holiday breaks, weekends, after hours). The proposer must reflect pricing for this condition in their quote. Contract dates shall be amended to the following paramaters: 9/1/2024 through 11/30/2024.
