ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID ERBE ARGON PLASMA COAGULATOR Sealed bids will be received by Hospital Service District #1, East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana dba Lane Regional Medical Center, 6300 Main Street, Zachary Louisiana until 2:00pm on Monday, June 24, 2019 in the Support Service Conference Room located in Support Service Building for the purchase of an Argon Plasma Coagulator equal to or comparable to the specifications set forth in the Request for Proposal package for ERBE Argon Plasma Coagulator. Bids must be hand delivered by the bidder or his agent, sent by registered or certified mail with a return receipt requested, sent by an overnight express mail, or submitted electronically via www.centralbidding.com. When submitting your quotation please deliver or mail the quote to the attention of Rhonda Ancar, Director of Materials Management in an envelope that is clearly marked “Sealed Bid Enclosed” with the bid opening date and bid item marked on the outside of the envelope. At the time and place stated above the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the date and time stated above will be returned unopened. No bid will be withdrawn after the scheduled time of receipt of bids for at least sixty (60) days. The Owners reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
