Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Administrative Office of the Acadia Parish Police Jury, 505 N E Court Circle, Administrative Office Building, Crowley, LA., until 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 18, 2021, for:
 
Two (2) New Automatic 6 x 4 Tandem Truck with Dump Body
 
And the bids will then and there be opened and publicly read aloud.
All bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes by the dealer and marked to indicate the above item bid.  Detailed specifications and proposal forms can be obtained from the Police Jury Office located at 505 N.E. Court Circle, Administrative Office Building, Crowley, LA between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., or by calling 337-788-8800, except holidays or by electronic bid at www.centralauctionhouse.com.
The specifications are used only to denote the quality standard of product desired.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the time scheduled for opening of bids. Each proposal shall be submitted only on the Vendor’s Proposal Form.
The Police Jury reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid(s) which in the opinion of the Police Jury will be in the best interest of the Parish and to waive all informalities.
