Northeast ¼ of Northeast ¼ of Section 1, Township 9 South, Range 7 East, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana, containing approximately 40 acres.
 
Said bids will be publicly opened at the office of said Board in Port Allen, Louisiana on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 4:00 p.m.  Lease term shall begin July 1, 2022 thru June 30, 2027.
