NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ITAWAMBA COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT GRADUATION PATHWAY TRACKING PROGRAM The Itawamba County School District (ICSD) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Comprehensive Supplementary Program aimed at improving graduation rates through effective tracking of individual student needs via automation. The program must integrate with the district’s Student Information System (SAM7) and track students' class schedules, benchmark assessments, and course grades to monitor their graduation pathways. Scope of Services: The selected program must: ? Track individual high school students' progress toward graduation. ? Provide real-time updates through daily synchronization with the district’s SIS. ? Ensure compliance with Mississippi graduation pathways. ? Be accessible to parents, students, and school administration. ? Identify and alert school officials of conflicts or errors in student transcripts or schedules. Eligible Schools for Site License: ? Mantachie Attendance Center (Grades 9-12, approx. 300 students) ? Tremont Attendance Center (Grades 9-12, approx. 115 students) ? Itawamba Agricultural High School (Grades 9-12, approx. 530 students) Important Dates: ? RFP Release Date: March 5, 2025 ?
