Project Description: Complete construction of two new fire stations complete with sitework, concrete foundations, metal building structure and partial enclosure, masonry veneer, interior finishes and mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.

All interested bidders are required to have a valid email address for registration and ordering. Printing costs shall be the responsibility of the bidder.

The Contractor shall be responsible for all printing and distribution to subcontractors, suppliers and installers.

Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check for a sum no less than 5 percent of the base bid, payable to the City of Pearl.

Bids shall be submitted on the form to be furnished by the Architect.

Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
