Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received at Itawamba Community College (ICC) until 12:00 p.m.(noon), May 23, 2024 at which time proposals will be opened publicly in the business office, Administration Building, Fulton Campus. Physical proposals can be submitted at the Fulton Campus Business Office while electronic proposals may be submitted through Central Bidding (www.centralauctionhouse.com). Proposals will be evaluated by a committee. Anticipated date of selection is June 6, 2024. ICC reserves the right to alter the dates of selection and award as needed.

Additional Notes/Requirements

Objective It is the intent of Itawamba Community College to enter a multiyear agreement with a qualified and experienced vendor to provide quality Certified Athletic Training services for all athletic programs andcheer. Any contract awarded because of this RFP will be in effect for a period of one year, beginning July 1, 2024, with the option to renew for four (4) additional years in one-year increments. Renewal is subject to the availability of appropriate funds and satisfactory performance of the contracted vendor.
