1. The second page of the RFP includes a "Received by" area with what appears to be a signature line; do we need to submit this page as part of our proposal? 2. On page 6 under Project Minimums, the bulleted item reads "The system could include the ability to come from an online assessment application as either a part of the system or through a third party." Would that ability need to be priced separately as a line item or included in the overall proposed price? 3. Is a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) a requirement for this bid? 4. Will E-rate funding be used for purchasing?

On page 6 under Project Minimums, the bulleted item reads "The system could include the ability to come from an online assessment application as either a part of the system or through a third party." Is a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) a requirement for this bid? No, this will not be E-Rate applicable. 4. Will E-rate funding be used for purchasing? Under the "Evaluation" section of the RFP information is provided on the mandatory presentation of product--is this mandatory presentation for shortlisted vendors only or does it apply to any and all vendors submitting a response to this RFP? If it only applies to shortlisted vendors, do you have a date or dates for when vendors could expect to present to the Committee? And finally, if a vendor has already presented their Assessment Data Management System to the district within the past 60 days, would that presentation count as completion/fulfillment of this Mandatory requirement?

Answers: The presentation will be for all vendors that meet minimum requirements (must and should statements). Any vendor that does not meet the minimum requirements will not be asked to present as they will not be eligible for consideration. The tentative date is March 23, 2017. Vendors will be contacted shortly after the close of the RFP on March 8, 2017. The presentation will be for teachers, school and district administrators, and technology staff. All vendors that want to be considered will need to present even if some St. Charles Parish Public Schools staff have viewed the product in recent months.
