If providing a quote greater than $25,000.00 in price, the quoting entity shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written as described in the Instructions for Quote Proposals included in the Quote Documents for this project.
 
If any providing a quote greater $50,000.00 in price, the quoting entity must be a Contractor licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 in any of the following classifications:
 
Heavy Construction, Wharves, Docks, Harbor Improvements and Terminals.
 
The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all quotes for just cause.  The provisions and requirements of this Section, those stated in the solicitation for quotes, and those required on the quote form shall not be considered as informalities and shall not be waived by any public entity.
