Livingston Parish Government is soliciting proposals from qualified professional persons or firms to provide Environmental, Permitting, Management, Compliance and Monitoring Services to be performed at the direction of the Livingston Parish Government, Livingston Parish Grants Office, for Removal of Debris including snags, drifts or other obstructions in selected watersheds in and throughout Livingston Parish. Livingston Parish anticipates being awarded funds from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and/or other sources.

Responses to the Request for Proposals shall be mailed to the above address or in case of hand delivery  to Ms. Heather Crain, Livingston Parish Grants Office, 20355 Government Blvd., Suite E, Livingston, LA 70754. Responses to this RFP must be received no later than 4:00 P.M. on December 2, 2021. Please state “Professional Services for Waterway Debris Removal” on the cover. Responses received after the time and date set forth will not be considered.
