BIDS TO FURNISH AND PLACE HOT SPRAY
PAINT TRAFFIC MARKINGS
             IT IS ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of Panola County, MS that the clerk of the Board cause to be published for two consecutive weeks in “The Panolian”, newspaper published in Batesville, MS and having a general circulation in said County the following notice:
 
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
The Panola County Board of Supervisors will receive sealed bids in the office of the County Administrator, Panola County Courthouse, 151 Public Square, Batesville, Mississippi 38606, until 9:00 AM, Monday, December 13th, 2021 and thereafter publicly open them for furnishing and placing Hot Spray Paint Traffic Markings.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Sealed bids shall be received on each of the items listed in the specifications that can be obtained from the Office of the County Administrator. Work order(s) shall be issued for individual assignments with payment tobe made under the appropriate quantity unit pricing. Each work order shall be completed within 45 calendar daysof the date of the work order.
Technical specifications for all material requirements, construction requirements and construction testingshall be accomplished in strict compliance with Mississippi Standard Specifications for State Aid Road and Bridge Construction, 2004 Edition, adopted by the office of State Aid Road Construction of the Mississippi Department ofTransportation and the Federal Highway Administration. Said specifications are made a part hereof fully and completely as if attached hereto, except where superseded by special provisions or amended revisions.
Special provision and revised specifications adopted and approved are made a part hereof fully andcompletely as if attached hereto.
Fuel adjustment and State Aid Project Sign do not apply to this contract. Successful Contractor shall beresponsible for all maintenance of traffic and stripe during the construction period as specified for STATE AID ROADAND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION.
 
            Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the County Administrator, 151 Public Square, Batesville, MS 38606 or at www.centralbidding.com  until 9:00 a.m. on December 13th, 2021 at this time bids will be opened, examined, compared and contracts awarded to the lowest or highest and best bidders.  The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
