Sealed Bids for:
School Violence Prevention Program
Integrated Electronic Access Control System and Integrated Building wide Alerting System
 
Sealed bids will be on Monday, April 17, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at Washington Parish School System,
800 Main Street, Franklinton, LA. 70438 for the School Violence Prevention Program for all schools
in the Washington Parish School System. Bids will be addressed to the Washington Parish School
System.
 
Complete bidding documents in electronic form provided by the Washington Parish School System
may obtained through www.centralauctionhouse.com. Electronic copies can be downloaded at no
cost to the contractor .Prospective bidders are cautioned that the failure to obtain bid documents as
set forth above or notify the owner of an intention to bid could prevent the prospective bidder from
receiving additional information, updates or addenda that may be issued concerning bidding on this
project.
 
The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the above owner and to furnish
all the materials, perform all of the work, supervise, coordinate, administrate and be responsible for
the work. Bidders must meet the requirements of the State of Louisiana Contactor’s Licensing Law,
La. R.S.37:2150.1 through 2164, as amended.
 
The owner reserves the right, in accordance with law, to reject any and all bids.
 
The contractor/bidder shall certify that he is licensed under R.S.37:2150-2173 and show the
bidder’s name, his Louisiana license number, and the project name on the bid envelope which shall
be addressed to the Washington Parish School System. Electronic bids may be submitted online at
