The Work consists, but not limited to, the following construction related trades; the tear-off of existing roof systems, replacing damages or deteriorating wooden nailers and fascia boards, repair of existing zonolite (LWIC) deck, installation of new tapered insulation board, fiberglass faced roof board, new prefinished metal edge trim, prefinished metal gutter with downspouts, and new single-ply polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) roof membrane system, related plumbing and electrical work, and other items shown on plans.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, December 3, 2020, at the Jackson Parish School Board Office located at 315 Pershing Highway in Jonesboro, Louisiana. Owner Telephone (318) 259-4456. Representatives from the OWNER and ARCHITECT will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.
