Plans and specifications may be obtained at the office of Badeaux Engineers, Inc., the Engineer, 115 East Sixth Street, Thibodaux, LA 70301 or by calling (985) 447-2317 upon deposit of $ 50.00 for each set. Any Bidder, upon returning his Bid set of documents in good condition within 10 days after the bid date, will be refunded one full deposit. On return of other sets, including non-bidders, in good condition within 10 days afetr the bid date, a refund of $ 25.00 per set will be made.
