NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The DeSoto County School District will accept bids for Print Management Services for the 2023 school year in the following manner: Bid #106-PMS-DCS-23
Bid proposals will be accepted until 11:00 am, CST, Wednesday, October 19, 2022, in sealed envelopes at the DeSoto County Schools Central Services Office, Purchasing Department, 5 East South Street, Hernando, MS 38632, or by electronic bid submission. Electronic invitation for bid proposals can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please contact Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.
Official bid documents are on file at the office of the Superintendent. To receive a copy of the specifications please contact the Purchasing Department via email:
[email protected]. Specifications may also be downloaded at www.centralbidding.com, for a fee. All bids must comply with the specifications provided. The DeSoto County School District reserves the right to amend the specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all having requested bid packets.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The DeSoto County School District reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids.
