Sealed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) will be received until the hour of 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, January 9, 2025, at City Hall, Covington, Louisiana, 317 N. Jefferson Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 and online at www.centralbidding.com; for performing all work necessary to complete Debris Removal and Site Management for Debris Reduction, Emergency Roadway Debris Clearance, and Waterway Debris Removal services for the City of Covington, Louisiana. Any proposals received after 2:00 P.M. will be returned unopened.
Proposers shall be judged on multiple criteria, not primarily on price. Minority, women-owned, and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to participate.
