Ducks Unlimited, Inc, the Nation's leader in wetland conservation, in conjunction with the US Forest Service, is seeking bids for a project at Tibwin Plantation, located just south of  McClellanville in Charleston County, SC.  A prebid meeting has been scheduled as follows:
 
Thursday, March 23rd  at 10:00 a.m.
 
 We will meet at the parking area for South Tibwin.  This is located just off of US Hwy 17 on South Tibwin Road.  From Charleston, South Tibwin Rd is on the right (east) approx. 1.4 miles north of St James Santee Elementary School.
 
A summary of quantities is shown below and is subject to change prior to release of bid documents:
 
Installation of 2 aluminum half round risers, 644 LF new dike, 240 LF dike re-topping, 1 internal dike breach repair, 2 aluminum half round risers, 1- 6” irrigation well, 990 LF 4” PVC irrigation line, 5 irrigation headers and other improvements as outlined in the construction plans and specifications. 
 
Pre-Bid meeting is not mandatory but is strongly suggested that interested bidders attend.
