St. Nicholas Center for Children is seeking a qualified grant and program management firm to assist with and manage federal and state grant funding programs and projects.
 
Submittals will include:

Cover letter

Respondent’s qualifications pertaining to program and grant management services

An itemized rate schedule for the services listed below. 

Submittals must demonstrate experience with federal / state programs, include a history of services and projects conducted in Louisiana (if applicable), and demonstrate qualified, local personnel available to work on these projects. Experience must include relevant experience of the overall firm and specific experience and names of the full-time personnel that may be working with this contract.
 
Qualified firms must also have direct experience with disaster debris reimbursements, infrastructure, current and future floodplain specifications, insurance claims, insurance adjusting, insurance mediations, FEMA Public Assistance, Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs, Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC), Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Programs, as well as other relevant experience with regard to state/federal project funding.
 
Qualified firms must also have knowledge of remediation services, construction processes, and documentation requirements for federal programs and insurance. Demonstrate how the respondent will work with contractors performing recovery work to be funded.
 
Submittals will include at least two (2) references from work performed within the last five years in disaster recovery – insurance and federal assistance. Reference must include the following information:

a) Name of Entity and contact information.
b) Estimated funding / insurance claims.
c) Scope of work performed.
d) Dates of service.
