PROVIDE MATERIAL AND LABOR for RUTH BRIDGE HWY – LA HWY 351ROADSIDE DITCH DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS

Per LA R.S. 38:2214 (A) The bids will be opened and read aloud.

Project Description: Includes all labor and material for the removal of all existing culverts & existing drainage systems and installation of new culverts with associated drain basins, regrading roadside ditches and replacement of all existing driveways.

Construction Time: 90 consecutive calendar days

Liquidated Damages: $250.00 per day

Construction Budget: $450,000.00

Pre-Bid Meeting: Thursday, August 10, 2023 @ 9:00 am, 1035-A Ruth Bridge Hwy (SMP Fire District Office), Breaux Bridge, LA

Sealed bids will be received in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders, Louisiana Public Bid Law and the Bid Proposal Form. Bids shall be accepted only from contractors who are licensed by the State of Louisiana for the Classification noted below.
