REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Notice is hereby given that Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Department, Parish of St. Mary, State of Louisiana, until 10:00 A.M., Central Time, on Thursday, the 7th day of June 2018, at the office of the Purchasing Agent, Fifth Floor – Courthouse Bldg., Franklin, Louisiana 70538, for:

PROFESSIONAL DEBRIS REMOVAL SERVICES

The RFP documents may be examined or obtained on all business days at the following location during the specified hours:  St. Mary Parish Government, Purchasing Department, Courthouse Bldg. 5th Floor, Franklin, Louisiana, 70538, 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon and 1:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. [337] 828-4100 extension 501.  RFP documents can also be reviewed at and obtained from the office of the Engineer: Fourrier & de Abreu Engineers, LLC, [225] 677-7950 or email: [email protected], and RFP documents can be obtained online at www.centralbidding.com.

St. Mary Parish reserves the right to reject any and/or all statements, to waive informalities in any and/or all procedures, and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Parish.
