Maintenance Services- Fleet

Louisiana Gateway Port is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to perform quarterly
maintenance services for the Port’s fleet of vessels, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, quarterly reporting, and recommendations to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance.

Scope of Work

The selected contractor will be responsible for:

Conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all fleet vessels.
Performing quarterly inspections to assess vessel condition and identify maintenance needs.
Providing detailed maintenance reports each quarter, including work performed, vessel conditions, and recommendations for future repairs or improvements.
Ensuring all maintenance aligns with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinating with Port personnel to schedule maintenance and minimize operational disruptions.

Bid Submission Deadline:
All bids must be submitted no later than April 21, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Late submissions will not be considered.
