NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
The Marshall County Board of Supervisors will receive sealed bids in the office of the County Administrator, 111 S. Market Street, Post Office Box 219, Holly Springs, Mississippi 38635, until 10:00 A.M., May 6, 2024, or bids may be submitted electronically at www.centralbidding.com at which time they will be opened publicly and read for the following:
 
 Washed Gravel #57 priced per ton or per yard, at plant and FOB to Marshall County per loaded mile.
 
 
Bid prices will be for a period of 12 months May 06 2024  until April 1, 2025, all bidders shall be precisely clear as to the specification of their products.  Bids submitted should indicate if the price listed includes delivery of the item bid. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed and marked on the outside lower left hand corner:  Bid for Marshall County Road and Bridge Supplies, May 06, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
 
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all formalities in the best interest of the County.
